Stephan had been absolutely brilliant. He designed and build a shoe storage area for us, making it really fit for purpose to the needs of our family and going through all the options available for fabrics for the seat cover. Lots of ideas and we never felt rushed to make a decision. The quality of his work was first class. We then got him to restore an old trunk, creating a fabric lid. We decided on a map print and he fitted it perfectly taking in the parts of the map that meant the most to us. He’s got a great attention to details and is a pleasure to work with.
We have just collected the 6th dining room chair that Stephan has recovered for us. The whole process, from receiving estimates to the completion of the job, has gone well. There has been regular communication at every stage and we are delighted with the 'new life' our chairs have been given. Many thanks.
I had two sofas, an armchair and footstool re-upholstered. Excellent advice given from the start to finish on material choice and colour. Workmanship is first rate and carried out with extreme care. I would strongly recommend his services for all re-upholstery work.
A really professional and personal service provided by Mr Upholstery to repair a tear in the fabric on my sofa. He went through several methods to make the repair as invisible as possible and he has done an amazing job which looks great and will give my sofa a much longer life. Would definitely recommend. A professional bespoke service provided by Stephan regarding the renewal of dinning chairs, very reasonable in price charged and would recommend for any upholstery services for peace of mind.
I had a couple of large feather and foam combined seat cushions from Loaf that I had somehow managed to ruin - the foam sheets had folded in on themselves causing a huge bump after I had agressively fluffed them. After a few unsucessful calls to other companies, I came across Stephan who was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and a delight to deal with. He did a fantastic job at fixing the issue with the cushion and also providing a solution to make the cushsions even more comfortable. I would highly recommend Stephan to anybody.
Having been delighted with Stephan's previous reupholstery of six dining chairs for me, I asked him to reupholster a footstool. Once again, his quote was detailed, he kept in contact throughout the process with advice, I ordered fabric and braid through him at competitive prices and I was delighted with the result.
Amazing job covering our dining room chairs. We are very happy and will recommend to others looking for the same service.
