Honestly the most amazing GP surgery. Receptionist are kind, caring and always manage to find me an appointment whether it’s on the day or in advantage. On the extremely rare occasion they can’t they always go the extra mile and look into out of hours appointments. Nurses and Doctors are all brilliant. Always on time, caring and sympathetic. I am made to feel at ease every time I go regardless of who the appointment is with. They always listen and genuinely stride to find out/ solve any problems. Purposely stayed in this area when I move house so that I could stay at this GP surgery!
Today I had an appointment with Dr Emma. She is the nicest doctor I have ever seen. Faboulas - would highly reccomend her. No judgement and actually listens to you. I wish this was my normal doctors as I would happily book appointments if that is the kind of level of care and understanding you got. Thankyou so much, made me feel better by just listening and making me feel heard, when I feel completely overwhelmed and stressed.nnI'm unsure why I was booked in with rainhill surgery as my normal one is in Fingerpost St helens. Would happily travel to here every time rather than go to my registered doctors.
Fantastic service received at this surgery couldn't fault this practice..Dr Alexander Woodley is a lovely doctor very friendly, caring and compassionate..
Dr's surgery being used as a contact centre when shut as a surgery. Old house that has been a Doctors for more than 75 years, not modern but still good to have. Entrance up a slight slope with railings, large doorway for wheelchairs and passageways.
Friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff. Fortunately I don't have to visit them often but when I do they are always friendly and helpful.
