Very Friendly post office and great staff very helpful in every way
Went to take a small parcel to be delivered back to Amazon this morning, the lady who saw to me was so helpful and pleasant, not a post office I normally use because I'm not from Rainhill but I would certainly use that post office again

I recently visited this post office my first time as live out of the area I urgently needed to do a bank transaction, the lovely lady who served me could see I was a bit flustered asked if I was ok. Great staff who don’t upsell you on postage like one of my more local post offices! Efficient and friendly service
Always friendly and helped recently with several parcel issues that were the senders error but none the less Rainhill Post Office were able to rectify the issue quickly
