I want to send some money for first time and Paid twice special delivery plus postal order because old man from post office didn’t advised me. He haven’t refund me any money. AVOID! AVOID! 🤬🤬😡🤬 Even 1* is too much.

Man behind the post office desk tried to overcharge me to send my post. Was very rude. Their hours aren't consistent or convenient.

Very rude person ,closing the post office before the specified hours!!
Royal Mail should do something about this matter as people might have important business to do!!!!!

Every website with this branches opening times says that they are open until 1pm on Sunday. I travelled all the way to this branch by bus to find that the owner had closed the post office part of his shop. He was rude and unwilling to help or serve me as he 'had to turn the computer on to do that' and he didn't want to. Even though he is meant to be open! His shop was empty and he wasn't doing anything. He didn't want to help in any way. Terrible customer service! I won't be back
