Washing machine awaiting repair so tried this laundrette. Clean place, friendly staff. Prices seemed a little high maybe, not sure as I usually do washing at home, but if I did my washing here every week for a year it would cost more than a new washer and dryer!

The Rainham Laundrette is always clean and the people who work their are nice.

Used them twice for dry cleaning and both times they have failed to clean the items on time, took 5 days after the confirmed pick up date to get the items back and then only after chasing them. Both times blaming equipment failure. The staff were unhelpful and rude. Would never use them again.

Good facilities, but grumpy and unhelpful staff, the change machine is not always working and the staff will not give you change
