Recently purchased a Land Rover Discovery Sport. I mean it looks and drives fantastic, the whole process from start to finish was so smooth and easy! Rich is very helpful and goes above and beyond in all aspects to make sure you’re happy with everything. The extra detail these guys don’t mind doing whether that’s removing something or added something to your dream car is 2nd to none. Having worked in the car sales industry before we were wary of car dealers and especially buying over a great distance.nRichard at Rainford cars was a no nonsense straight arrow.nRichard was honest with us from the off and noticed things on the car that I would have if I had seen it in person and with the body shop on site did the job properly no little touch ups but a proper respray. He was not prepared to release the car until all the niggly little issues had been done and even sent the car to a specialist for a second opinion. Although there was quite a bit of time between securing the car and getting it we were happy to wait as we knew it was being done properly which was a relief after the nightmares you hear of. Nothing was too much for Richard and the team they answered all questions and no BS when they didn’t know.nRichard even got the car to me with the help of his great team Tom and Bill!nThis was the first time we had bought a car blind and it was a significant amount of money on a high quality Volvo XC90. Safe to say and relieved that Richard and Rainford cars alleviated any fears of distance buying and I felt like I had seen the car without actually seeing it.nThe car is dream and I would without hesitation buy from Rainford cars again.nThanks again to Richard and his team, you have two very happy customers!
