What a great place to get a car from! From the minute of walking onto the premises, I didn't feel pushed to buy anything or look at a specific car as I was unsure on which automatic car I was after initally. I test drove a few different cars, went one day specifically to drive a BMW and ended up with a Mercedes!nRich was absolutely fantastic, the car wasn't even listed on the website yet, he told me to take it for a drive and I ended up loving it mentioned was possibly what I was after, comfy, automatic, heated seats, good mpg for motorway driving. I paid deposit there and then.nRich got the alloys refurbished and re sprayed anthracite grey and also got my callipers resprayed red for the same costing - great choice by Rich!nI would recommend a thousand times over.nJay was great at sorting out the part exchange of mine, the finalisation of the newcar, he made it easy and non stressful.nI did have issue when I collected the car 5 days later fuel door wouldn't pop open - I tried it when prior to buying it and it did work, just the plastic mechanism wasn't unlatching in a certain pressure point, however it was sorted within 2 days free of charge by both Jay and Rich.nAfterwards my dad had told me he'd bought a van from Rich the year before and said how good he was!nThank you Rainford cars for sorting me out a car that I absolutely love to drive and look at everyday! Having used Rainford before for buying my own car, I brought my daughter to them when she was looking for her next car. She is only 21 and they treated her with respect and honesty. They never rushed her or harrassed her and was able to give her easy to understand information. She felt looked after and treated well. Highly recommend Rich, Jay and their team at Rainford. First of all, a huge thank you to Richard, James, and Jey for their fantastic service. I've owned a Mazda 6 for three days now, having purchased it from Rainford Cars. The entire process, from viewing the car to finalizing the transaction, went smoothly. Everything was explained down to the smallest detail, with no pressure to buy, no hidden defects, etc. When I picked up the car, I was shocked at how well prepared it was. They also did/replaced things that weren't even mentioned in the MOT advice brake discs and pads, and also cleaned the injectors and replaced the seals during the service. All this for my peace of mind, so I could enjoy my new car without worry. Once again, a huge thank you to the entire team at Rainford Cars. I definitely recommend them.
Purchased a lovely LandRover Discovery Sport from Richard at Rainford cars, Feb 26. Excellent experience, lovely car and nothing was too much trouble. Very professional and supportive, no pressure at all just a lot of help and advice. As this is the first car I have purchased since being widowed, I cannot thank him enough for a really lovely purchase experience.
