Surprised to see negative review which didn't match my experience! Great pack and move service from the team at Rainbow, despite this being a relatively small move they took utmost care with my things, did exactly what was quoted and went to great effort to make sure each room in my new home was usable. As a single mum with no-one else to help me move and put up furniture this was a huge relief. Would recommend and use again. Thanks George & team.

Competitive quote. Efficient packing and speedy removals. George and his team did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend Rainbow Removals

George and his team were the cheapest quote, and we soon found out why. On the day of loading he only sent two team members despite knowing we needed to be away by mid-afternoon - I ended up having to help them load the van. When it turned out the van wasn't big enough we had to overfill our cars as they couldn't take any more stuff - George had undersized the move. We paid for bed dismantling and reassembly - I had to redismantle and reassemble two beds that they reassembled dangerously incorrectly (the slats were below not on top of the frame). They promised to leave us some wardrobe hangers, but on the day George insisted we unpacked all of them before he left or he was going to charge us extra. The final disappointment was how they treated our possessions. For example, whilst the TVs were bubble wrapped, it was secured with brown tape that was attached to the screen! - we are still trying to remove brown tape residue from many possessions and some are indelibly marked and ruined.
