The machines and tables are fully tampered and controlled from the back office. The slot machines are rigged and the back office people control each lines to make sure that nobody takes any big win from it. First they will give you some wins and will make you a regular player and once that has been achieved they will start looting you like anything. This is what happened with me. If a slot machine is paying you very well, the very next day it will be kept for maintenance. They do that to all the machines and reduce the winning percentage. Please don't step into this place if you want to save your hard earned money.

No atmosphere. Terribly drab decor. Bad layout. Felt like they had out tables in an old grey office space. Food was very average. Very nice waitress however, that gave us concessions based on wrong food orders. Would not go back to this Casino

An ok small casino but don't take your debit cards or credit cards with you as it might cost you a fortune, I learnt my lesson the hard way a few times and will never ever take my cards with me to casinos any where in the world. If you ever gamble, gamble only the money you can afford to lose, as there is always one final winner and it is the casino. Gambling must only be fun and nothing else. I have to say I visit casinos a lot both in UK and abroad and have been going to this casino for over a decade now. It is an ok small casino with reasonable drink and food prices but average quality of food; waiting staff compensate for that with their friendly and welcoming attitude. definitely has improved a lot since renovation. I am really starting to enjoy its poker game. Once I had a very bad experience in this casino in summer 2016 prompting me to write a negative complaint about them on TripAdvisor and then resigned. Rejoined last month after hearing good feedbacks about them from friends and I have to say it is reasonably good casino comparing to the past. It has definitely improved. Staff are in general polite and friendly and make you feel welcome especially General manager Richard Phillips, Dorrino the gentleman with beard and Jun Oriental looking lady. I in particular would like to thank Dorrino. There are rooms for improvements like having more staff during day, so customers don't have to wait long time for a dealer. I personally had to wait quite a bit a few times as they did not have enough dealers at times. Lift could be faster too. The upper betting limit could be higher. Its lower betting limits is good but it's higher betting limits could be higher. I lost quite significant amount of money a few times because I was not paid as I betted over the higher limits and won and was paid only to the amount of the limit. Upper limits needs to be higher. Inside decor is also quite dark and miserable ( not sure if it is on purpose, Probably it is on purpose). It would be nice if it was quite a bit brighter and with stronger air conditioning. It also would be very nice if staff leave you at peace especially when you bet high amount of money. I found it very annoying and quite irritating when staff start to chatting you up and keep you busy and distracted or waiting staff come and ask you if you like any thing as soon as you start betting and ESPECIALLY when you start betting high amount. If I like to order any thing I let you know or I go to the bar. In the mean time please leave me alone at peace when I am betting. ( I nearly was going to say that to them a few times ). The thing which is very strange to me (it has become kind of a puzzle to me) is the fact that my visits to other casinos both within UK and abroad never lasted more than few hours a day maximum but somehow I found myself spending much longer in this casino on occasions which usually do not end up with good outcomes. I do reckon primary reason behind it is pure and simple greed on my behalf. Although I acknowledge that I found the layout and atmosphere at this casino and it's location contributory factors too. A PUZZLE that I have not solved yet!!! As every one know gambling could be a very expensive hobby on occasions and a respite is beneficial every now and then. After few long nights of big losses which I blame it on myself for being too greedy, I decided to take a break and cut the losses by signing the sense form.( had no clue what it was at the time). But I did not pay enough attention and thought it would be only for Cardiff area and now I know it is a nationwide program. So off gambling for six months now while in UK. I do look forward to visiting this casino again in six months time especially it's poker game. An ok small casino. word of advice from my personal experience: NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR DEBIT CARD OR CREDIT CARD WITH YOU TO ANY CASINO. AND REMEMBER IN LONG TERM , THERE IS ALWAYS ONE ULTIMATE WINNER: CASINO. DON'T FORGET THAT. SPEND YOUR PRECIOUS TIME WISELY. GAMBLING SHOULD BE NOTHING BUT FUN.
