Wonderful pub,old school, no juke box or pool table and dart board.Just the art of good conversation and some real ale and fine ciders. The pub attracts thinkers, theologians and outright characters of all persuasions regardless of creed, colour or tolerance. Personally, I have never had so much fun in a public house.When the clocks change so do the opening doors, cannot wait for spring time and warmer weathers to 'sit out front' and watch the world go by with a pint of Crouch Vale in fabulous company.

Superb little pub. Everything a true public house should be. If you enjoy drinking lager in a trendy superficial bar you'll be disappointed.
