Good old fashioned fish and chips (with scraps if you ask). A friendly Yorkshire welcome and great value for money. Highly recommended to eat in or out.

We travelled all the way from Australia to eat Fish and chips here!!! This is the best fish and chip shop IN THE WORLD. The shop is immaculately clean, the staff are first class, the management make you feel loved, welcome and in our case missed (as used to live in Pocklington and just visited recently). Oh, yeah, and did I mention, the BEST FISH AND CHIPS EVER!!! Traditional chip shop curry and mushy peas here are of course essential.

Lovely staff, unfortunately food was very greasy and tasted like oil needed to be changed. Portions not that large either. Lots of good reviews though so maybe it was just an off day!
