I'm very sad and nervouse with the stuf who works there. The reason is I was there 10th January 2023 and I book q tiket one way wich coast £36 plus. The stuf told me sorry there is a problem with computer and we will give refound. From that date I didn't received any refound and any Excuse.
Staff at the ticket office were helpful and polite it was quick and easy to get in the station so no complaints there overall it was quick and easy to get to my destination
Sadly I can't recall the name of the lovely girl in the ticket office this morning Sunday at 9am. She was so helpful with advice and prices for myself and my friends for our day return to London. An absolute credit to your company, she was delightful .

Pretty average city centre with nice architecture. One way system isn't too bad except when there's road works which can add 10 minutes to a journey. Plenty of parking.

I believe her name is raj and she was very rude to my whole group and raised her voice for no reason I find it very Disappointed with the way she acted toward a customer .
Lovely town, friendly people and lots of eating places. At town with lots of clean park's just to relax and to take in the beauty of nature.
Last week we travelled from BM station . We had asked for assistance and we were met as soon as we arrived by an extremely nice man who saw us onto the train via ramp for my husbands disability scooter. He then checked that we were ok before the train left. On arrival at Brighton we were met by a man with a ramp who helped us off. The same on our return journey. If you are disabled please book this service as it is excellent. Well done .
