The car park at the station before me and my family went to our platform was fully sufficient, being kept in proper condition and having a completely functionable pay & display system. There is also a large station sign that stands out well, while the platforms themselves are kept clean and have access to adequate services! Informative details are also marked down such as the recent addition of boarding zones, plus the train was easy to board and running comfortably on schedule.
Myself and my parents were at the station waiting for the penultimate train of the night to get back to Truro on Tuesday 5th March, which was delayed. The station employee was so helpful and concerned about the welfare of all the potential passengers as the weather was foul. We were joined in the waiting room by Hector the station cat which was wonderful. Thank you
. Sent from camborne because they couldn't do two passes due to being 20 mins waiting for person to finish. Redruth spent 1 hour helping sort out the problem with the pass. Started this review bad but thank u to yhe lady at redruth doing a job all on her own.
Remember Hector is not allowed in waiting room!
