I have been dealing with Rails of Sheffield for several years and I have always been very satisfied with the consistently excellent service. All of my orders have been shipped and delivered promptly, with everything as described. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We visited our favourite store last week and as, per usual, the quality of service was second to none. All the staff are so friendly and knowledgable about all things model railway based. Purchased new Heljan Class 73, arrived very quickly well packed, excellent 5 star service from Rails.

Just sold a small collection of die-cast OO scale buses to Rails secondhand. Excellent service, good price paid by Rails. Better service than other companies more into die-cast vehicles, some of them didn't even bother to reply! If you're thinking of selling , use rails!

After a email listing my railway items for sale, they quickly came up with a good price for my goods. Using their courier the goods were promptly picked up and payment was prompt shortly after the arrival of the goods in Sheffield. Very pleased with the ease, speed and quality of the transaction.

Had some second hand railway items to sell.  I contacted Rails of Sheffield by email with descriptions and photos of what I wanted to sell.  They quickly came back to me with a price and arranged a courier to collect the items on a day of my choice.  A day or so after they received the items, the money was in my account.  Overall an easy and pleasant transaction.  Highly recommended.
