Very let down. We have always enjoyed coming to this bar to eat and drink as a group/family and have spent a lot of money in here. One of our meals was cold when served to which we pointed out to the waitress. 5 minutes later a very confrontational man who could be the bar manager or supervisor singled out the person in the group who's meal was cold, he very abruptly and loudly told her that the meal wasn't cold and what do you want me to do about it? This left the individual very embarrassed and without a meal as the rest of us ate. All in all a very un professional way of dealing with this situation. Has left a sour taste in our mouths and we shall not be returning.

This Hotel is very nice, lovely clean rooms, food is good, the staff are wonderful can't do enough for you. Would definitely go again.
