Great work!  I had an electrical issues with one of my acoustics and took it to Scott for repair.  He not only fixed that issue, but gave my guitar a complete service and it now plays like new!  I'll be taking my other guitars to him in the future for servicing and any repairs, and would recommend anyone in the area to do the same!

I contacted Scott at Ayrshire Guitar Repair to  he ask if he could do anything with a 15 year old Martin guitar with a distorted soundboard and forward tilted bridge, caused by moisture damage over the winter. The guitar had become unplayable due to a very high action height caused by the distortion and the guitar tone had become very dull.  The guitar was returned to me 4 days later fully restored with full Martin tone and better lower action than when I bought it 15 years ago--- with no fret buzz whatever! The level of skill and knowledge shown by Scott in repairing and re-setting the guitar was exceptional.  I would highly recommend Scott to anyone looking for a real professional repair/reset to their guitar at a very reasonable cost.

Great service. Scott made a fantastic job fixing up an old guitar for my son, after a very reasonable quote. Would thoroughly recommend.

The best guitar repair in Ayr and it's not even close.
