I would recommend going to the Ragdoll shop if you want something for a special occasion. I was nervous about getting an outfit for my son's wedding not being the tall slim model type of figure but Mandy at the shop put me at ease and helped me with my perfect outfit and all the accessories too. Thank you Mandy for a lovely experience as I left feeling so happy with all my purchases. A refreshment offer would of been nice otherwise the before and after sales was excellent. Had no idea what I wanted for my sons wedding in September, called in on the of chance and the staff were amazing suggest you book appointment though. I was made to feel extra special and found the perfect dress. Not made to feel I had to purchase if not sure but had a really special visit. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for that special day. Thank you so much.
The most amazing experience today! After an awful experience at another shop, we got the MOB & MOG dress today along with accessories! The lady that served us was amazing - really helped them both get the perfect dress and would recommend to anyone!
My sister and I were looking for a mother of the groom dress. We saw dresses on Ragdolls website. However, we were so glad we had the personal touch from Mandy when we visited Ragdolls. Mandy chose a dress for my sister that neither my sister nor I would have chosen. I have to say Mandy has an eye for what will suit, and the dress she chose for my sister brought me to tears. I had a fabulous experience at Ragdoll in 2016 when my daughter got married. I purchased my whole outfit, dress, hat, shoes and clutch bag. Amazing. I shall certainly return as my son is getting married 2025. Can't wait
Not my usual place to review, but here goes. This is the place to go for finding that outfit for that occasion when you need to be sure you are the only person wearing that outfit! This is a ladies emporium for ladies wanting that outfit that equates to me as special, individual and right for the person. I stayed out of the way for an hour, but ventured into the shop to check on progress. I met four of the ladies who very obviously love the shop, take their job very seriously and above all want to make a sale only if you love not just like the article you've tried. Their shop has two floors so you can be seen alone and individually. I asked to take photos, but their range is vast and their selection is not captured save for the number of coat hangers shown. Hats and fascinators abound. I will be returning in five weeks for my wife's final fitting and hope this review has helped others find this place.
I had one of the best shopping experiences today with the lovely Ragdoll team finding a dress and accessories for my son’s upcoming wedding. There were a huge range of dresses all beautifully made and staff really helped me find the dress which suited me and made me feel a million dollars. I couldn’t recommend this amazing shop more.

I thought I was going to really struggle to find a mother of the bride outfit, that wasn’t going to make me feel short, frumpy & like the dress was wearing me, what I thought was going to be an arduous & awful task turned out to be the loveliest afternoon. both ladies at Rag Doll are so friendly, honest & helpful, you found me the perfect outfit, totally fitting to my frame & the wedding theme, a dress I could feel & look fabulous in, you totally got me & your first pick was the one, and I really can’t thank you enough x
