I visited earlier this month with hopes to learn more about watches and potentially pick up a peice to wear at my wedding. I ended up spending almost 2 hours in there mostly just chatting about watch types and getting advice. There was no pressure to buy anything and I got great advice. Both Faizan and his dad were super helpful and friendly. I decided what I wanted and came back the next day and to pick up a lovely little automatic seiko. Faizan also changed the strap for me. I highly recommend these guys, very happy supporting local stores like this that provide great service. AJ
I live near Central London and took all my family's watches for service, batteries and repair. Excellent service, reasonable prices and superb knowledge. They have been in the watch business since the 1940s! They also have an excellent range of watches to buy at the best prices ...ended up buying two. If you love your watches come here...highly recommended!
Friendly and efficient service. I took a broken watch in and Faizan had it repaired within one day! I would thoroughly recommend this shop's excellent repair service.
I visited Rafiq Watches for a battery replacement. I was given a warm welcome from Rafiq immediately. He took my order and kept me updated via text of the status of the work being carried out. Upon collection I had a lovely conversation with his son. Please support local businesses especially this one. I would recommend this establishment for that personal touch missing from the High Street jewellers.
A really friendly watch retail and repair shop run by an ex-pupil of mine. He repaired an unusual and very sentimentally important Storm watch strap for me in 10 minutes with plenty of friendly chat and all for free. Definitely recommend him.
Rafiq Watches. What an absolute delight to buy a watch from here. Service was second to none. The friendliness and attention to detail was better than some of the more prestigious places I have visited. Great value for money with prices from as low as 19.99 upwards. Quality Casio products, a great name with an established reputation. I would say to anyone who is looking to get a quality watch to visit this place. Guarantee, like me, you will NOT be disappointed. I shall without a doubt be visiting again.

Great value for money and excellent customer service. I just visited there for the first time today to get some watches repaired and I was very impressed with the friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend and, I'll definitely be going there again I have to also add that I did go there again with another watch to be repaired and once again, I was very pleased with the service.
Excellent service all round. The price of the link removal was cheap, the service was extremely friendly and was great to talk with. The service was done properly and very quickly, explaining all the operations that go into the service should you ask - my chain links were out and exactly to size with a perfect fit. Would wholeheartedly recommend this place, and I'm definitely coming here again for any repairs/work done to my watches in future.
I would definitely recommend his service. It was a very friendly and excellent service. Very reasonable price for expensive watch repair, guaranteed satisfaction and more over very honest.
