Contacted Raeside Chisholm based on the strength of their google reviews and we are so glad we did. Kay Barr and colleagues dealt with the sale of our flat and purchase of our new home and we couldn’t believe how easy the process was compared to our previous experience with a different company. Fantastic communication, extremely thorough and always professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend; their expertise are worth every penny.

We were recommended Raeside Chisholm by a friend due to their expertise and reasonable pricing, and they did not disappoint. Kay was expert and efficient and handled everything for us very smoothly. The communication we received was clear and helpful at every step. No complaints at all, we would definitely choose to work with her again.

Thanks to Kay our house purchase went smoothly. Our bid was well presented and at the right time. The costs associated with the purchase (such as government taxes) and the timescales were clearly explained to us beforehand. The Offices of Raeside and Chisholm are so well situated in the centre of Glasgow where we found the reception staff to be helpful, efficient and friendly when either we visited in person and or when we telephoned. I would without hesitation recommend them.

Very happy with the sound advice and prompt attention received in the course of our recent property transaction. Raeside Chisholm handled both the sale of our old flat and the purchase of our new one. It all went very smoothly (and quickly) and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else buying or selling in Glasgow

I received an excellent service from Raeside Chisholm. The staff, and in particular David, from initial contact were all very helpful and supportive and listened to what I had to say. It felt like a personal service from the first meeting and I was made to feel like a valuable customer. They were quick to respond and resolve my dispute within a short period of time. I would highly recommend their services.
