I have two daughters who attend this wonderful school and both are absolutely flourishing. This due the excellent teaching from all the staff but, more importantly to me, the nurturing environment of the school and the care they receive from all members of the school staff. In particular, my eldest daughter entered the school as an extremely shy and anxious 4 year old and has gained so much confidence in herself year after year due to the care she has received from all of the staff. The Headteacher is approachable and dedicated, and leads an extremely professional and hard working staff who are always willing to go that extra mile for the children. My girls feel very safe and enjoy all aspects of school life. The sense of family and community is strong at Raeburn and my girls enjoy being part of this. I would highly recommend this school and I am proud to say that this is the school I chose for my children.

At what school would you see a whole playground of children and teachers dancing, smiling and starting the school day on a positive note? Ours. This sums Raeburn up, there’s a real sense of community which I’m proud to say my children are part of. They are happy, thriving and love school. As parents we know that Raeburn are providing a safe environment whilst maintaining a high standard of education. Additional needs have been met with great communication, knowledge and empathy. This is a truly wonderful school providing the best start for children during their precious primary school years.

My children have thrived at Raeburn and I wouldn’t have wanted them anywhere else. This is a truly outstanding school in so many ways. The Headteacher, staff and children really make this school what it is - a warm, caring environment with a real sense of community. My eldest son left Y6 last year. He is a confident, well-rounded, empathic young person and I believe that Raeburn has played a huge role in this. He looks back on his time there with fond memories. My youngest is still at the school and loves every minute of it. He is very proud to be a Buddy to one of the younger pupils and tells me all about how he looks out for his buddy, making sure he’s ok. Would highly recommend this school.

I have three children at this school and I can honestly say we couldn't have made a better choice of school for them. The teaching and supporting staff go the extra mile to ensure that all children feel safe and well cared for and the level of education is outstanding. The teachers here go above and beyond to offer numerous after school clubs and activities from drama, young voices choir, football, netball and chess (just to name a few). With the pressures on teachers that are evermore demanding, Raeburn staff always manage to put our children first. I feel very lucky to have been able to send my children to this fabulous school.

Excellent school - we have 2 children here and are extremely happy with Raeburn. The Head Teacher and staff are all very professional and approachable. There is a positive learning environment and good support for children with additional learning needs. Lots of exciting activities & events through out the year for the pupils and families. Proud to be part of the Raeburn community
