Told taxi would be 10 minutes for an 82 year old gent. Over 30 minutes later rang to see where taxi was to be told there were none in the area. Lady said I shouldn't have been told 10 minutes if the area hadn't been checked. Cancelled booking and went to County cars who were excellent.
Lost a bag in the taxi and went next day to find it handed in :
Had an emergency last night after a van rental company cancelled my reservation at the last minute, leaving me stranded outside an IKEA with a fair amount of shopping. Thank goodness I found Radio Cabs last night who promptly sent out a minibus and helped me get everything back home. Thanks again for the help!
