I contacted Bog Standard Plumbing after being refereed by  a few individuals and like their and what it said is what I needed.   I called them,  they called me and  the job booked A nice helpful and professional chap called Rudy called did the job  and went . All done very quickly and I was charged a very fair price . I will be going straight to them next time   Clive

I used Bog Standard Plumbing to provide an annual service. Great service, explained everything that he was checking. Fix an issue due which was causing the boiler to be inefficient at the same time! Would used again.

Our aged washing machine decided it was time to wash the kitchen floor, the waste pipe had become blocked. One phone call to Ronnie was all it took, a text message was received notifying us of a time slot then a second text message saying the engineer would arrive in half an hour. The waste pipe was replaced and tested and any mess cleaned up and removed. Then a quick test carried out to ensure everything was left in working order. This work was all carried out on a Saturday night with a smile and at a great price. We would have no hesitation in recommending Bog Standard plumbing and will certainly be using their services again.

I have used Ronnie and Bog-Standard Plumbing on a number of occasions ranging from a new outside tap and annual boiler service at my house to a new water heater in my office. Each time I have engaged them I receive a text message advising me of his ETA so I don’t have to wait in hoping someone will turn up; they then arrive on time and complete the work to high standard and tidy up after themselves.  I fully recommending Bog-Standard Plumbing for any plumbing, drainage or gas solutions you may need for your home or business, they are an excellent, affordable and quality local business.

I used Ronnie's services recently & would have no hesitation in recommending him / BogStandard for all your plumbing & heating needs - whether domestic or commercial.  The updates text on Ronnie's ETA where excellent - allowed me to plan my day efficiently & be home at the right time.  Ronnie is clearly very experienced & knowledgeable; the job was handled swiftly and expertly - he even went the extra mile correcting issues the previous installer had created undid a bodge! : as well as making other recommendations on protecting lagging pipes & how to get the best out of the boiler.  Pleasure to deal with, great service, fair price & would have no hesitation in recommending him!

I cannot seem to find a starless option, so unfortunately I find myself rating this feedback with 1 undeserved star.  This company is rubbish,  they serviced our boiler last year, did not wear any covering on their shoes , soiled our brand new carpet. They advised us to buy a part for our boiler and were supposed to come back to service this together, pre pandemic.  This is the second instance, we waited for 'Ronnie' to arrive at the time given by him, he didn't turn up. We waited, and received a message hours later saying he was 'running late', we told them to not bother turning up anymore. We had taken the morning off from work what a waste of a day!  This is unacceptable, we would not recommend their services as they are unreliable.  As for the name, 'Bog Standard' , it really isn't even to that limited standard, avoid and save your time time and money.
