5 star 9 Sept 2022 Had a meal out with my family, we was greeted by a lovely gentleman on the desk who was wonderful, he seated us to our table and organised our drinks straight away. Then Amy our wonderful waitress took great care of us the whole 2hrs we was there, all staff seemed happy and could do no more where, a wonderful atmosphere throughout the evening and absolutely wonderful food. Chefs are doing a fab job the food was amazing Also we had an added bonus of 50% off main meals. We will be back
Visited on 18th November 2021, First time here and I couldn’t fault it what so ever. Food was really lovely, I had a double cheeseburger and it was melt in your mouth. The two members of staff that was on duty in the restaurant were outstanding, polite, professional and so lovely. Would I go back? yes I would, if and when I’m in the area again.
We have just left here and I want to say that our waiter Darren was absolutely charming. We were a table of 5 and nothing was too much trouble for him, he attended to anything we needed. The food and drinks all came just as we ordered, so we were very happy. Darren is a real credit to this restaurant and definitely deserves the recognition. Thankyou so much for a lovely evening.
Slow service, overpriced mediocre food, glasses piled up everywhere, no atmosphere at all. The burger was like something from Wimpy but cost £15. Go to Wetherspoons - it'll be half the price and the food will be better I assure you! *Update* I was awake all night on Christmas Eve feeling nauseous and then had nausea and vomiting on Christmas day. The only thing I had eaten differently to my family that day was the king prawns. Avoid at all costs!!
Very accommodating to fit in a table of 12 on one of their busiest days of the year. Served by Raj who couldn't not have been more helpful, food was good and great value. You did a great job
Popped in for breakfast. Great food and valueFood: 5/5
Arrived lunch time, but as only 2 members of staff they were not taking any walk ins. Greeter advised we could sit in the bar area and order the same food from the menu. Bar staff were so lovely, food was delish! And advised to always book. We will be in future. 3* and not a 5 only due to not being able to eat in restaurant and the ba area being really cold.
Its good for a Beefeater. Its very much the same as any Beefeater regarding the food. I just wish they would have slightly brighter lighting so we could read the menus without needing the torch on our phones.Food: 4/5
I ordered the surf and turf combo and my husband had the BBQ chicken and ribs. My meal, the surf and turf was terribly disappointing. The steak was dry and pretty tasteless. The 2 shrimp I got, the skin was burnt onto the shrimp itself and it was a chore to separate it, along with it also being tasteless. I'll be honest, this was my first time having scallops but I'm pretty sure they were also bland. The only thing from my plate I really enjoyed was the 5 pieces of calamari I got. My husband's meal was better than mine. The chicken was moist and seasoned. The ribs were also enjoyable. I'm glad at the very least he was content with his order. Upon entering our waitress was rushing us to order as her shift was ending so we didn't feel particularly welcomed. However another waiter took over for her and he was very friendly and polite to us which made our visit there a little better. Our visit there was just borderline okay. The food is a gamble either way but sadly I left there disappointed with the food. I probably won't patronise this establishment again.
Food was chewy had to wait ages to be served over 2 hours for me and grandson to eat 2 courses and it wasn't even busy. Never again . I had to go home and cook as I couldnt eat mine . Steak was like old boots even there steak knife wouldn't cut through itFood: 1/5
