I've been a loyal customer of Raja’s for years, and throughout that time, the owner has consistently been rude and unwelcoming for no apparent reason. Despite my efforts to be polite in an effort to build a positive relationship, she remains brazenly discourteous. It feels like they believe they can treat customers poorly because they are the only real chicken shop in town. I've had enough of this treatment and will no longer support a business that doesn't value its customers. The food's not that great anyway.
Great twist on the usual kebab shops which makes a refreshing change. Great choice of Indian inspired takeaway dishes. I've been here a couple of times now and the food is very good quality and the flavours are fantastic. The pic is a mixed tandoori nann.
We ordered through justeat.nI highly recommend Raajas Grill.nThe portions are not small in my opinion, I think they are perfect. Good value for money.nThe service is excellent and timely.nThe food is delicious and tasty, I love their Indian food.nThey do a vast range of foods from kibabs, chicken piripiri and southern fried, pizza and Indian foods. They do a great job with all.nWe will keep returning.nThank you Raajas Grill.
Use these guys all the time. It does not matter what you order it is always delicious. Quick, hot and tasty. All the staff are friendly from billie to raaja and delivery guy is the best and all do a amazing job. Also not to forget in this heat they cooking when we dont want to. Appreciate hardwork from everyone. Go to place everytime. Wont go anywhere else.
I have been ordering takeaways from Raaja’s grill for almost 7 years being a loyal and regular customer despite the cost of living crisis. The service is usually excellent but on this occasion it was absolutely horrendous.nnI ordered a meal which I thought included an item that it didn’t which I accept was completely my mistake. Despite this fact the way I was spoken to by the lady who answered the phone was completely unacceptable.nnShe was incredibly rude, and completely unwilling to help. She then said she had to go and abruptly hung up the phone. I couldn’t believe it. The food also arrived completely cold which was also unusual as the food is usually very good.nnRegrettably I am very sad to say after really enjoying the food at Raajas over many many years I will not be ordering again, as nobody deserves to be spoken to the way I was ever. Especially as I am and was a very loyal customer when I’m spending my hard earned money here. Absolutely disgraceful! I will go elsewhere in future, the manner with customers must improve or regrettably more loyal customers will be lost.
