Great effort by the lads to get my crane recovered back to our yard. The right attitude to get the job done safely and in a timely manner, turned up when they said they would and got the job done. Had all the kit to hand, Highly recommend.

I broke down inside Freightliner Birmingham this week in my container lorry causing an inconvenience to other drivers due to my position. However once the 2 guys from RS arrived it didn’t take them long to diagnose the problem and get me back on the road. Wish id got their names as they a good laugh and great mechanics, thanks lads

Had a fire in our American RV,  and RS Recovery were tasked to carry out the removal of the remains, all l can say is, what a first class team, Gary, Lee, Jason  were fantastic, very professional and we can't thank them enough for their efforts  carrying out a very demanding job. A big THANKS  to RS and the boys.

Worst company to use for recovery used them 2 times because rac use them and both times service has been rubbish. They have different stories everything you call them. They said I ask for my recovery to be delayed like I got all day to do nothing.

Being a large company and having a contract with RS recovery we probably don't say it often enough so I have to say that RS always provide us with a first class service 24/7 364 days a year, all staff are very professional and helpful. Many Thanks Nigel thomas Fleet Engineer National Express

Many thanks to your technician who came to me at Beaconsfield Services on the M40 this evening to replace a brake chamber on my trailer, he promptly identified which one it was and had it changed and on his way again within half an hour, very professional and efficient, a credit to your company. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but a very nice chap, again many thanks.

This was my first experience with R S Recovery Ltd. They took a stressful situation and got it sorted. I was told recovery would be 60-90 mins but they were there sooner, can't recommend highly enough.

Towed my car to their pound after it had been in an accident. It wasn't driveable. Unfortunately what they didn't mention was that it would cost me £35 a day storage. I tried to get it picked up by a salvage company but each time they tried, the pound wasn't open it doesn't open  until 10am and I kept getting charged £35 day by day. Eventually I paid them extra to transport it to my home. A bit more communication at the start would have saved me a lot of money. Not the best experience for me.

Rescued last night by Conner of RS he was very efficient and got me and the truck back to Staffordshire without any issues professional and a really nice lad no hesitation in posting this 5 star review
