We had a front door fitted through these guys last year and have had nothing but trouble. They left a mess when fitted and then lied about it, and even claimed I was lying. The door has slipped and has had to be readjusted and new draft strips applied. The letterbox is already falling off, which I’ve contacted them about and all they wanted was a picture. No apology, or offer to fix it. And now the door has slipped again and needs adjusting. The owner is quite happy to come and turn on the charm when selling you products but soon as problems appear he palms you off to his staff and is not interested in responding to emails. I’d highly recommend using a different company.

Awesome customer service, they put some dry verges on the side of the house a few years ago, three blew off in the strong winds recently, so I got them back out, Tim who came out said that he wasn't completely happy with how they'd been installed, so came out and removed and checked all of them and re-installed them for free, you can always tell how good a business is when something goes wrong, and these guys were brilliant
