Carla has really been helpful and all in all a great experience so far

We had an extension carried out by RK Wilson just over 1 year ago 10/2020-03/2021. The job was completed without too many issues, but a few things have occurred that spoiled the experience. During the latter stages of the build there were a few niggling issues that we had to keep chasing, mainly due to a looming deadline that could not be missed without dire consequences for us. But our project manager seemingly washed his hands of us and was nowhere to be seen for the last couple of months. He delegated everything to one of the odd-job guys who already had way too much on his plate. We started to feel like an unwanted burden and very uncared about. RK Wilson's 'big boss' investor was apparently having a mansion finished at the same time as us, and was pulling all resources onto his own personal project, rather than prioritising paying customers. Numerous RK Wilson workers told us this and were probably nearly as frustrated about it as us clients were! There was very much a feel that RK Wilson were simply taking on too much work for their limited resources. Anyway, 1 year later and we have some re-occurring cracks which have already been addressed once and the sealants in the kitchen and en suite have failed already, which seems way too soon. The boiling tap also broke over 4 months ago within 1 year of installation and I am having to deal with this directly myself - direct to the importer - constantly chasing a replacement! This should definitely be RK Wilson's responsibility, I feel. Just a bit of a shame that the service isn't better.Service:&nbsp;Home extension services
