Horrible experiences. Tried twice just to be fair. 1.Frist time they didn't fit my plug sockets correctly, which caused sparks when using appliances. Other plug sockets weren't straight, and put on wonky. Phoned up, and reluctantly they sent out a workman to correct. 2nd time. Asked to put in some spot lights on the landing. When I came home the workman said he couldn't put the third spotlight in because he hit a supporting joist. I know they wouldn't go in the loft physically, but during the consultation, the workman did not even question if there was a possibility of a joist (I have ZERO house building knowledge). Phone up. Instantly called 'you're the complainer' (Fact: only complained once). Asked if I could speak to anyone else. Coincidentally the lady who always answers the phone claims to be the director. She ended putting the phone down :/ I don't complain at all, but this time I broke my own rule. Don't want anyone else to have the same experience.

have had a light fitting in the front room and all new sockets, very well done. Will use again, good quote electricians where polite tidied up all mess, was sent invoice  and all relevant minor works certificates etc. when work was finished up to two weeks later. 5 stars :))
