Make sure you go elsewhere and if you do want something done, put it in writing. Serious lack of communication which has cost us as well as damage and inconvenience. No attempt of an apology or a discount until confronted repeatedly. One apology given and accepted but no discount. Think twice about using these guys is my advice. To conclude days later... The repair failed so a full refund was demanded. Partial refund agreed with thanks after difficult negotiation.

I had my flat tyre repaired.     Quick and efficient.Bought a new jacket.   Spartan brand very pleased with it. I should have bought the overtrousers as well

What a fantastic shop. Was recommended to go there by a friend as I wanted to get our little girl a new bicycle. Kevin couldn't have been more helpful. He spent an age making sure that the bicycle chosen was perfect for our little girl. Can't recommend highly enough.

Excellent repair of my bike, which had a strange click when pedaling. They diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed it quickly.

Needed a new helmet in time to go to TT. Very helpful service. Tried on lots of helmets. Needed my size ordered in. Was contacted when it arrived a few days later. Excellent service overall.

Jonathan and Kevin are so helpful and knowledgeable, a great stock of bikes, motorcycles, spares and accessories. Great value for money, but they do need to get a coffee machine, take note Jonathan
