I love this bike shop, always friendly and professional service. I highly recommend anyone looking for expert advise on how to fix up an existing bike or looking for a new bike. The team here is very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. I’ll definitely be back soon for some new biking gear!

Best place to get boots by far. The owner himself custom fitted my foot and got me boots that feel so comfy to ski in. The whole staff are super friendly awesome people that take care of you. He also threw 50% off on skis just because they were last years model. These people are the best and have the best equipment.

I leased skis and boots for my kids from them and had a great experience.  Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional. Had to bring back skis for a different size and they swapped them out, no muss no fuss. Highly recommend.

Today I stopped by RJ Bradley's to get some advice about my ski boot fit.  The woman who helped me I didn't get her name! was so very knowledgeable and spent alot of time with me. My feet and lower legs were analyzed,  and based on that she found me a couple of pairs of boots that work with my narrower foot.  She knew the subtle differences between them and I left with great fitting boots. They adjusted my skis at the same time.  Full service.  So glad I didn't try to guess what would be good for me and buy online.

The best boot fitting and gear recommendations, if you are willing to wait. RJ Bradley's is one of a tiny number of ski boot sellers nationally that do anatomical fitting. They 3D scan your feet and find the right boot to match and then custom fit it to YOUR foot. After 25 years away from skiing RJ Bradley's got me set up to ski again and ski better than in my teens and twenties. I also really appreciate the thoughtfulness of their ski recommendations. I got advice that steered me to a better solution for an all mountain ski with great potential in the trees and bumbs, which was what I was hoping to grow into. 25 days of skiing later and I am still very happy. Bring on the powder. Thank you! I love my Nordica Enforcer 100s and Head Formula RS 120s. If you are new to the shop, make sure you book an appointment. They are a small shop and the wait can be a while.

I needed bindings adjusted. My usual shop was unavailable due to a move, REI had a 2 week turn around. I called RJ Bradley and the young man working said, sure bring them in and I can do while you wait. Friendly and accommodating. Will definitely go again.

I had an amazing experience getting fitted for ski boots with Kara. I had recently broke my foot and she was very understanding and took so much time with me. We tried on a few boots and she quickly figured out exactly what I needed. The next pair was PERFECT! She also recommended an insole for my plantar fasciitis and gel pads for my shins to help prevent boot bang. Well, after skiing hard for a full week in Utah, I want to say that I had ZERO pain!!!! Usually I get horrible boot bang- this time zero. Usually my heels ache from my plantar fasciitis - this time zero. And I was so worried about my broken foot - and zero pain. And I skied hard - open to close every day. I am soo happy with the service I had from Kara at RJ Bradley. I would recommend anyone who needs a proper boot fitting to go to her! And just to make a good thing better, Kara recommended that I just rent them for the season and then if I like them I can buy them at the end of the season. That was a great suggestion. I love them and am definitely buying them!!

RJ Bradley’s are such a pleasure to rent seasonal kids skis and boots. They went above and beyond to get a great re- fit mid season which made all the difference for my sons ski enjoyment.

I’ve been here many times over the past few years for skis and bikes. I won’t go anywhere else. Every experience I have had here has been phenomenal. The owners, Robert and Andrew clearly value their customers and want us to keep coming back.  I got back into skiing about 3-4 years ago and came here to get skis, boots and bindings. I’m a mom to 2 kids, in my 40’s, and not an expert skier. They immediately made me feel welcome and found me a nice set of equipment. My boots never fit me well, so I recently went back to see if they could help me figure out what was wrong. With help from Kara who is also amazing, we decided that getting new boots to help my larger calf was the best option. We decided on a rear entry boot in a bigger size, and they deducted the cost of my original boots from the price ! I took the new boots to go skiing a few days later and quickly realized that they were clearly too big and unsafe for me. I called that day and they fit me in for another boot fitting the next day. With Kara’s help, we finally found a boot that was my correct size with a more adjustable calf area. I got to use them that night and they fit perfectly!  I would recommend RJ Bradley’s without hesitation to anyone of any ability.

Just "discovered" this great shop this year.  They have amazing customer service.  I bought skis and boots for my son this year and was impressed by how they worked to put him in the right gear.  They explained the options, different price points, and even suggested that the less expensive set-up was probably the best option.   Shortly after this purchase, I brought all the familiy skis in to be tuned.  Not only did they do an excellent job they also bailed me out by driving the skis to me after the shop had closed.  Best customer service I've ever had.  Use the shop.
