Having seen both of the reviews below, I'm almost convinced the second was posted by a member of staff because my experience was very similar to the first review. I would recommend that anybody looking to rent via any agents reads into Rent Smart Wales and also any other relevant legislation to ensure they know their rights as tenants. Also ensure you know your tenancy agreement inside out to ensure you are able to spot when it is inevitable broken by the other party. I would not recommend this estate agents at all. It is apparent that the staff do not have the correct level of training.

After reading the previous 3 reviews I felt i should chip in with my experiences. There was an infestation of cockroaches and an alarming stench of death, and that was just when I visited the office!! Callous, lousy, uncaring are all words I would use to describe this company. Only care about one thing, and thats profit! AVOID!
