We went to R&D motors to test drive and purchase a car. When we test drove the car it started fine and we purchased it with a 'three month warranty'. The very next morning (!!!!) we went to start the car and the battery was completely and utterly dead. There was so little life in it, the engine wouldn't even turn over, indicating the battery had been like this for quite a while and was well past its sell-by-date.The car had clearly been kept on charge at the garage so the dealer didn't have to put a new battery in themselves. Obviously, the battery was not included in the '3 month warranty' so we had to purchase a brand new battery for the car the very next day. When visiting the garage, we noticed there were batteries/battery charger packs all over the office, but we hadn't thought much of it at the time. Be warned !
