Was assigned this company from D&G. Absolute nightmare. The first visit they came out and assessed for parts. Second visit, they didn’t turn up. They’d apparently called me the day before to cancel visit, no voicemail or missed calls. Third visit they turned up with only half the parts. Fourth visit turned up with some parts yet again. Waiting today for fifth visit and not holding my breath, they only have one part left to do...surely they’ll not come without it. Best of it is the part has been sitting in their office the whole time just keep forgetting to bring it!!

I don't know who you have all been dealing with but certainly my experience is a complete  contrast. Girls in the office were very helpful and the engineer who attended was polite and diagnosed the problem ordered the part and had my washing machine up and running within a week or so.  Thank you RDA

I was referred to RDA through my Domestic & General policy for my Tumble Dryer and all I can say is that they couldn't be more helpful. I had to leave a message at first but they came back to me within the hour and a date was arranged for the engineer to come out. They needed to order a part and RDA kept me up to date with what was happening via phone and text message. The engineer then came out and fixed the tumble dryer in a flash and I was up and running again, All in all a fantastic service from RDA and I would highly recommend them.

Great service received, engineer even came today in a blizzard/Amber weather warning to fix my dishwasher. Also excellent communication with the office staff.
