Since moving I have had a lovely experience with this surgery. All of the receptionists are kind and lovely. When I was really ill on one occasion, one of the receptionists went out of her way to go and get water to give to me in the waiting room. The doctors, nurses, and midwives are all so friendly as well. It’s such a nice feeling to feel supported, especially during pregnancy.nnMy only feedback is to the surgery’s overall booking system. I had moved from a surgery in which you were able to book appointments via the NHS app. Both telephone and in-person. It really simplified the process and the system seemed to work really well despite the surgery being so busy.nnHere, if I request an appointment via the NHS app, it isn’t done like that and you are told to call in. This can be hard when you may be busy, with a newborn like myself, or if the surgery is closed on the only days you are free. I assume the centre joined the NHS app due to the national contractual obligations to have an online booking system but I only wish it was made more use of.
I've been at this surgery roughly 4/5 years and sadly moving area so will have to find a new surgery :nBut Quorn medical has been great and very kind. The workers on the reception are always welcoming. And I always get an appointment.nnThanks again for all you guys do. :
After have a small procedure on my back, I attended the surgery to get my dressing changed. I was seen by nurse Susan Porter. She was very thorough, helpful and friendly. She explained in detail how to clean the wound in the following days to come.
The best surgery ever. Everyone is so professional and helpfull. Staff's on reception, nurses and doctors all are supportive and reassuring. A big thank you to the amazing team.
Shocking racist surgery. If you aren't white, rich, and have English as your first language they will do everything they can to not see you.nIs is in the NHS charter you have to make reasonable adjustments. Booking an interpreter is a reasonable adjustment. Lazy and incompetent.nI will be putting and official complaint in with the GMC.
