Terrible customer service. Bought dress there but wasn't needed in end and took back without wearing. Had receipt and as it was 1 day over 14 day refused to refund. No leeway, not interested. I won't be shopping there again.
Terrible organisation in the sale section. Things rammed onto rails. I went in to have a look and found a beautiful dress. I try it on and it fits great am take it to the till to buy. One staff member shouted to another about wanting to go home early across the store before she came to the till. She clearly wasn’t well trained because she again shouted across the store for help from her colleague stood at the fitting rooms. Then she disappeared into the back to eventually come back and tell me the item I had chosen was not one of theirs! I asked how it had got there and was told they ‘swap stock with New Look and it is theirs’ by another member of staff. They offered nothing else for me except to go to New Look which I didn’t have time to do and just stood there saying sorry in the most fakest way. Got no more of an explanation as to why they ‘swap’ stock. Very disappointed as Quiz’s clothes always look nice and this dress was amazing. Won’t be returning to this store unless all the staff are properly trained, have better service and clean the place up. Will be looking on Vinted for Quiz stuff until then.
I visited yesterday to get a skirt but i couldn't find the size I needed. The sale assistant was very kind. She went extra mile and ordered one online for me. Thank you for a great customer service. It's actually very rare these days.
I have never received such great customer service as I did today over the phone by Rebecca M. She was extremely helpeful, super polite and helped me find and reserved in store exactly what I needed. A huge thank you to her, she is an asset to your organisation. Thank you!
I came here to buy my prom dress and I just have to say it was amazing. As someone who struggles to find clothes that fit and look good on me I was so happy. The staff were extremely helpful and kind and they did so much to help me and they held the dress in the back for me so I could keep looking just to make sure I made the right choice. I've walked away with a beautiful dress for a great, affordable price and I couldn't be happier.
Absolutely horrendous!!! It is 5.10 p.m is still 50 minutes until the shop will be closed, I have 5 dresses and want to go to a fitting room but the sales person is saying that I can't go there anymore because is closed! Horrible service! Is the owner paying them for standing and doing completely nothing? This is an absolute nightmare!
I can’t believe how RUDE the staff are, very rude and racist and disrespectful, the lady who was on the fitting rooms at 4:40pm on 11th of feb, she’s unbelievably rude she can’t be a sail assistant honestly! Disgusting!!!!!!!!
I do not recommend this store, terrible service, I bought a handbag and it tore apart, I paid by card and the lady did not want to accept the return
