I Bought a BMW M3 here a year ago wasn’t happy with the service at all but fair play they have nice cars! Spoke with Chris to swap my car for a X6, negotiations were done I was happy with the agreement also Chris was as we shaked hands, they made me take my M3 all the way to Basildon from Tottenham, North London. As i got their today, Chris and his colleagues kept coming up with stuff about about car that I bought from them and on the spot tried getting £2,500 off me after the deal was done.

One thing I want to say don’t trust them they still haven’t gave my deposit back, also the only thing their good at is money. The only way your going to be treated good at QCC is if you just splash the cash on their faces.

I have recently bought a Range Rover evoque from quirks and could not be happier with the level of service received from Lewis - after a few issues my side Lewis kept working on ways I could secure the car I wanted, even down to arranging the car to get sprayed the colour I desired.

Would definitely reccomend quirks/lewis to anyone I know.

I initially visited quirks to view an Audi rs6 but while I was there a Nissan GT-R that had just arrived caught my eye.I dealt with a young man named Lewis who was excellent throughout.He had personal experience with gtr,s and was both knowledgeable and just an all round decent fella.He gave me a fair price on my trade in and made the whole process agg free which was totally refreshing as to be honest my experience of car dealers in the past wasn’t great as normally they are full of s**t and pushy.Since I collected the car he has continued to help and advise me which I am grateful for.I will definitely use these guys again.And have already reccomended them to one of my pals who is Interested in a m5 they

Had a great experience with Quirks, Lewis was great, after giving a description of my car over the phone to obtain a part x price he gave me a figure and near on stuck to it after viewing 

The car I purchased was as described and in excellent condition

I would highly recommend this car dealership, please take the negative feedback posted by others with a pinch of salt as these have no reflection on the professionalism of dealership 

All in all a great experience and an A1 Merc CLS 220

Was put in touch with Ross through a friend who had previously dealt with Quirks. Sold my car to him for a very fair price. Car was collected as agreed and cannot fault the friendly communication. Was also impressed that my car was thoroughly checked over which suggests that Ross won't entertain buying anything with issues.
