I have used the lock father twice now, amazing service. I called him today and he was at my address within 10 minutes, the door was unlocked within 10 minutes. Great service at a reasonable price from a professional trustworthy locksmith
Blown away by the service of lock father. Less than 24 hours from my initial call, to ordering the parts, to arriving to fit so we can lock up at night. Carl I believe this is was his name arrived at specified time both times and was very polite even though he had clearly had a long day. Not only did he fix the lock, he advised how to stop the rattle we thought was normal, honestly better than when we moved in. All this at gone 10pm. Absolutely hero, could not have asked for more. Thank you so much, Merry Christmas. If you need a locksmith in Chelmsford look no further, this is your man.
Superb service! Called the Lock Father out on a Saturday morning having locked ourselves out. Carl was busy on another call but rang me back immediately. He then kept us updated on how long he would be and the whole job was complete in just over an hour from my first call to completion. It was a pleasure to do business with him. Very highly recommended.
Excellent service. I called in the morning and the locksmiths were here three hours later at the time I was told they would arrive. They fixed my bifold door that wouldn't close, they fixed the front door that was stuck, and they replaced the lock on my back gate which had seized. All in 1 hour. With a smile, and now all working perfectly. This is in contrast to another local locksmith I called first who put the fear of god into me with the bi folds and recommended I call the manufacturer and that he didn't want to touch it. The Lock Father fixed it in seconds! Thanks guys, I completely recommend and will only use you if I ever need a lock related issue sorted again.
I recently used this company, and I cannot fault them at all! the guy they sent to my property was extremely friendly and even advised me what to do without being a sales person, it was extremely professional. I highly recommend you use this company, the prices are very reasonable, customer service is fantastic, and the quality of work is impeccable. if you are worried about security, please consider The Lock Father, they are extremely good at their job, and always happy to help, no matter how anxious you are!
Absolutely brilliant will definitely be using this company again! Gentleman was friendly on the phone and gave a time and was there when he said and I didn't have to wait hours just 15 minutes. Can't recommend enough.
Carl fitted a new front door mechanism, a new kit on our back, and fitted a new bathroom sash lock. All of the work is to a high standard, he explained what he was doing and kept us informed at all times. 100% professional, I would definitely recommend them.
Quick and efficient service. Faulty lock changed within 30 minutes. Part was in stock. Engineer was knowledgable and extremely helpful. A really professional and decent company to deal with.
Disgusting unreliable service. Made new keys which didn't work. Wouldn't use them nasty attitude. Please protect urself and don't use them !!!
