A mixed use park; it has a decent amount of residential mobile homes and a touring park with about thirty pitches.

The touring pitches are mostly level, grass only and about half are under mature trees. The pitches all have electric and are a good size with small fences dividing some of them.

When sunny the trees provide shade, but also it can be a bit muddy there too.

Despite a busy road beside it, the site is relatively peaceful. There's a good shop/café beside reception. Facilities are fairly good. Shower cubicles are a bit cramped.

To visit places, transport is necessary as the site is a bit far from anywhere.

We found it a pleasant place to stay for a couple of days.

Well kept touring site, it's divided from the park home site by a high hedge. Toilets and facilities are cleaned daily. A cafe on site selling hot food and drinks and where you can order your morning paper from.

Nice little place, about a 15 minute drive from Dreamland - perfect for a quiet place to stay just outside of Margate.
