Our company was with Quest Accounting Services in Tring for just over a year, in the beginning they try to be helpful and do everything to win you over but once you are a customer the service deteriorates dramatically. Classic case of over promise and under delivering. We have left them and moved to a company in Bristol who are cheaper and more efficient. They made a lot of promises about helping us network and mix with new clients but none of this ever materialised... This time round we asked if we can contact a couple of existing clients with the new accountant before we decided to jump. Be wary of Quest Accounting Services Ltd in Tring and do plenty of research to make sure you are actually getting value for money before you pick them to work with.
