On a very wet day, when all outdoor seating was taken up with schoolchildren. We asked the manageress if it was possible to sit inside to eat. We had a 10 month old baby and a small shih tzu dog who is completely house trained and would have sat at our feet under the table. There was one other table occupied inside but we were refused point blank from a very rude manageress. I could understand if there was seating available outside or if we had a large dog with us. We were told to “leave the dog outside” and that it wasn’t her problem that all seats outside were taken up with school children. This was the first time we had ever visited Queenswood and will be the last. Extremely poor customer service
Really lovely place, not too pricey and the food is great, beautiful all around then a lovely hot drink and good food to finishFood: 5/5
Good food, freshly prepared, service outstanding and quick. They now also take card payments and you can buy gift vouchers.

This is a fantastic little cafe. With a menu of superb good quality home cooking.It is well worth a stop .I have been stopping here for many years and never had a disappointing meal .The staff are very helpful and friendly..Well done ..
What a find.! Fab little eatery. Lovely quaint timbered building. Friendly staff. Not too expensive with a good range of meals/ snacks etc. Very clean as well. Quite popular plus you have to pay for the car park. But worth it.

A lovely cafe set in the woods, good food and drink, takes cash only
This is a lovely place to eat - it is run by a family who do all they can to make you feel welcome. If you eat too much very easy to do! there are some lovely walks to get you back into shape.
Little bit difficult for my daughters partner pushing me in wheelchair but a lovely few hrs at Queens wood. Cafe also good . Again wee bit difficult with wheelchair.
