By far one of the friendliest and more considerate dentists I have ever been to. Made sure I was completely numb before doing any work,  and I didn't feel a things through the whole extraction.
Informative after care information was given and hasn't had any pain since ^_^

Came here following an aborted extraction by my regular dentist and was made to feel very welcome and at ease. The procedure was far more straight forward than I had anticipated and was kept well advised throughout.  Hope not to have to visit again, but should I need to would be confident if a good job.

Give out appointment times that they don't even stick to. So my partner (after travelling for two hours on 3 buses) had to wait for over an hour beyond her actual appointment time.
Staff are less than helpful, I hope you've conned enough money out the NHS.

I wonder what would happen if I turned up an hour late for an appointment?
