This vets has been great, our dog has been registered there since he was a pup and last week he needed to go in for surgery and a tooth extraction. All the receptionists and nurses are so friendly and so lovely to chat to. They really looked after our dog and helped us sort out the insurance. I'm very thankful to them all!
Practice manager Nikki is so RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Registered since years for 6 cats and due to bad weather they close there parking gates and so was late for the appointment. Nikki deregistered the family. Nikki so rude and you can see her face absolutely unpleasant. This practice is completely waste of time and money.. Nikki have no love and effection for pet's and genuinely RUDE WOMAN
I had a deeply disappointing experience at Queen's Park vets when we took our dog there. While the receptionists were truly exceptional, the male vet left much to be desired. His attitude was consistently rude, sarcastic, and belittling throughout our visit. It was evident that he didn't genuinely care about our dog's problem and displayed a heavy-handed approach that left our pet visibly distressed. It was disheartening to feel that the clinic's main concern was making a financial profit rather than prioritizing the well-being of our beloved pet. As a responsible pet owner who understands my animal's concerns and problems, I was made to feel like I was at fault for the issues we were facing. Based on this unfortunate experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Queen's Park vets to any pet owner seeking compassionate and competent care for their animals.

Very poor and arrogant attitude from the vet, Stuart. As a previous customer claimed, he was extremely belittling and just had a really bad attitude towards our dog. It's a shame as the other people at the surgery are excellent. We have decided to take our dogs elsewhere and would not recommend this particular vet.
We used queens park vets though recommendation from a friend. We knew our dog needed several things sorted so we went ahead with the lot we know have a very Happy dog. no pushing us to sort him out no hard sell .
Always puts lining his pockets as his main priority. Sarcastic belittling individual. Attended here for several years, found the vet was never really interested in the animals health or welfare, more the pound signs that came with each appointment… recently found a new vet, that discovered more in 15 minutes. Than this vet did in several years. Opportunist!!!!
This is my local vets which I have been taking my pets to for years. Staff are very helpful and caring and I know my pets are in safe hands. Update: Since posting my review I have moved but still take my two cats here. Stuart is an excellent vet and the nurses are very caring and friendly.
Poor experience this with vet. Not interested in the animals welfare. Only making money… never considers the owners. Very arrogant and sarcastic. I’d think twice before registering here or to even consider taking your pet for any sort of checkup or treatment.
Very caring always helpful, nothing to much trouble, both my dogs love going, the best decision I made when choosing a vet's
