We stopped off here on our way home. The service and site itself were brilliant. We felt like we were in a 5* restaurant staff were very attentive and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back if were ever in Edinburgh again. Thank you for sending us home happy
Stopped in for some dinner with a friend as I’ve previously eaten year pre pandemic and it was very enjoyable. Sadly tonight’s experience didn’t match up. Ordered a rare 8oz steak and it was closer to well done. Food aside, staff were quite friendly but they did look a little rushed
Staff were lovely, very welcoming. The food was great, tastes good and came out quickly. Cookie smores dessert was lush. Highly recommend. Will definitely be returning.
Just had the festive meal and the food, service and peaceful atmosphere even though busy was super. Thank you guys. Thoroughly enjoyed visit.Food: 5/5
I only called in for breakfast, although I was staying at Premier Inn Edinburgh Park. I was checking out the location of the Premier Inn next door in relation to Dalmeny Station as I would be staying there for two nights at the end of December. I easily decided that walking from hotel to station was out of the question. A bus that linked to Edinburgh would serve very well.
Pub food done brilliantly, obviously staff here care about the quality of the food they serve. Very attentive and engaging with punters as well. Must have something as pretty full for a week day lunchtime. And very reasonably priced Parking: You just have to register the vehicle in the restaurant or hotel
God awful food, one of the worst meals I've ever been served. Won't say I ate much as it was so bad. The bar lass was lovely and helpful but the rest was just disgusting. Avoid at all costs.Food: 1/5
The food was excellent. The place was quiet but is obviously busier at other times judging by the state of the dining chairs. The material on numerous seats was filthy from previous spills and is badly needing cleaned/replaced.
I'm writing this review as I sit in Queens Crossing. Table booked for 5p.m. and at 6.20p.m. still waiting on food arriving. Service absolutely shocking!!! Will not be back. Very very disappointing. Plenty other options in the area - my advice is to chose one of the other places
The staff were lovely and friendly. Its a shame we had to wait so long for food. Dont think i will be back in a hurry.Food: 3/5
