I had a Podiatry appointment here after being referred for further investigation after quite some time with little help elsewhere. All staff were super friendly & polite, receptionist was really helpful & welcoming & the consultant I saw was extremely helpful & informative, despite my many complicated symptoms lol. I cannot fault his thoroughness & the advice given to me. Thank you!
In extreme pain visited urgent care and told by a very rude and uncaring nurse practioner I had not been in pain long enough! She was more bothered than I had been referred there rather than qeqm. Complaint with more detail remains unanswered
MINOR INJURIES Rude and patronising staff. Treated my husband appallingly last year and was rude and patronising to myself tonight. Eastury view and deal will be my go too from now on. Professional, kind , caring and compassionate. All the things that a nurse should be. Such a shame queen Victoria MINOR injuries let themselves down.
I recently had a hammer toe and big toe op at this wonderful podiatry hospital! Fantastic is all I can say, what a brilliant team set up this Hospital has, from Receptionists to consultants and brilliant Nurses, everybody was just great, and really take care of you and you are all a great asset to NHS Sevices . Thank you to you all.

I had an appt on Tuesday 29th in podiatry surgery and after had to wait for hospital transport to pick me up who were running very late ..staff started to go home about 4 and there were no other patients left and by 5 there was still no sign of hospital transport so receptionist Tara , who had technically finished work ,decided to stay with me until they came which turned out to be 7pm ! She was so kind and caring and couldn't do enough for me ..she was an absolute treasure and a credit to the NHS..thank you Tara I really appreciate what you did x
My father has been stuck in here for at least a month, and has been getting the lowest of care. He got his foot amputated by a mistake of them. They put the wrong pin in his foot, leading to a disease. Then they sent him home with a dislocated foot after they said they FIXED it. They then had to take him back in, and now they haven’t done anything, including my dad’s and other patients complaints to change a man in the room harassing and touching them all. This is absolutely terrible, we won’t be coming back here again.
Went to this medical centre with a swollen knee and was very impressed with the service, lovely staff and was seen within the hour. Thanks to Nick Best who examined my knee and printed me off some info explaining it all too. Keep up the great work all
Went to the Minor Injuries Unit at the Queen Victoria Memorial Hospital yesterday with some grit in my eye. I had never been before and was SO impressed with the service I recieved. It was clean and welcoming and I was seen straight away by a lovely nurse. The grit was removed and I was given brilliant aftercare advice. Thoroughly impressed and would recommend to everyone! Our NHS and it's staff are absolutely brilliant. We are so so lucky in this country. Never take it for granted.
Went there today with back and leg pain. Only waited 5 minutes to be seen. Left with advice on how to treat the problem and with better medication than I would get from my doctor . Extremely happy with the service you provide. Thank you very much
