The station itself is honestly ok, although could definitely use some renovations to help keep it in working order, the elevator is fairly old, although the platforms and the trains that service are pretty new! I would mostly recommend this station, also was too busy, but a bit.

Queen Street Station in Glasgow is a well-located and busy train station with good connections to other cities. It’s easy to navigate, and there are plenty of shops and places to grab food while waiting. The station looks modern and clean, but the seating is limited, which can be inconvenient during busy times. Also, the restrooms require a small fee, which isn’t ideal. Overall, it’s a decent station that gets the job done
The train station was easy to navigat. the staff there were very friendly polite and helpful. I downloaded my tickets to the Scot Rail app it was very easy and user-friendly I recommend downloading the app the train was on time you cannot get lost very user friendly
