The nails were beautiful and she did the design pretty well, maybe the technic of the acrylic should be reviews because it is a bit thick but nothing noticeable. Also a little bit rude in her movement concerning the girl who does the nail art. The guy doing my work could’ve been tired, but he looked sick to death. Not friendly at all, frilled one of my nails beds raw that I was bleeding. I hope to God they clean their tools well, but I don’t think they do. Had to remind the nail tech to file down the other three remaining nails do he could shape them. Pure laziness. I understand we all have our bad days, but the level of service & the outcome did not equal the £35 it was worth. Will not be back and don’t recommend this place at all. -1/10.
Guys have done a super job! Came in this salon with one burned finger, the master was really careful and still managed to do a nice manicure. No wounds, blood, or hanging pieces of the skin
Disappointed this time I went to get my nails and I told the man I wanted short coffin and he kept saying no keep it long and then I ended up with long square even though I kept saying I wanted coffin! I gave up telling them and they also had to redo my design because the girl made thick lines so it took 3 hours there! I won’t be going back it was a waste of time and money.

I made a 1st visit before going on holiday. I was absolutely disgusted with the result. They didn't listen to what I wanted and they lasted a week but I was advised before going so I will never return. I will never return.
I really liked how my nails turned out, the staff were nice and careful with how they did my nails. However, there was this one particular employee that filed my nails really rough, she did the sides of my nails and it kept rubbing against my cuticles, after she did it so harsh, my index finger acrylic nail fell off, so she had to glue another on. I came home happy with my nails. She didn’t put any cuticle oil on, my fingers ache because of how hard she did it. I’m happy with my nails and the service but I did not like the way she filed my nails and kept grabbing my hand aggressively.
Took 2 hours to get my nails done. Was left to soak my nails in acetone for 30 mins whilst they were serving others when I tried to take them out they put them back in, leaving all the tips of my fingers dry and white. My friend and I asked for our nails to be shorter the man seemed dismissive of our requests. When filing my nails I was bleeding from 4 fingers due to the aggressive nature of the filing and was given no apology. He was also being forceful with our hands causing discomfort, pulling us if we moved away or would rotate fingers in an uncomfortable manner. Not only did I leave upset about the length of my nails but also the filing, some nails appear to be swooping to an angle and are not straight plus the pinky finger was longer than the others after repeatedly asking for it to be shorter and constant dismissal. The lady who was in charge of painting nails however was lovely
