It has been referbished so its alot better now. Free parking outside and is wheel chair access. Does most of your athletic sports here and a free outdoor/park gym is across from the entrance.

Decent pitch, stadium not up to much. Good variety of alcohol in bar.

400m 6 lane track with long jump, shot put and a track surfaced area suitable for high jump or other activities. There is a football pitch, toilets, showers, changing rooms and a café which can be hired out. There are stands which are designed to be stood on but you can sit down on them if there aren't too many people there and a small amount of seating near the café looking down on the track and pitch. The track is a little harsh when doing stretches or exercises that involve putting your hands on the ground (Lea Valley is a lot nicer for that).
