Awful experience. Drove over 70 miles to visit and was practically thrown out of the shop whilst my mother was trying on a dress. Told us we needed an appointment despite never having needed an appointment in the past and nothing on the website to suggest this either. The shop wasn’t even busy! Store assistant claimed she would check her diary it was in her hand and didn’t return so we sheepishly left. Mortifying and unprofessional.
Was passing through on holiday and tried on some mother of the bride dresses. The staff were lovely and could not have been more helpful. A very pleasant shopping experience.
On Saturday I visited Queen Bee on Saturday where I received first class service. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for an outfit. I wanted a dress to wear for a Wedding in the New Year. They made the experience very pleasurable and were extremely helpful and attentive. I bought everything I needed for the Wedding. I definitely will go back to Queen Bee if I need any outfits in the future.
A brilliant experience, I had an appointment yesterday with my Mum for a Mother of the Bride outfit, Kerry was absolutely amazing she was soo helpful and made my mum feel really comfortable! Needless to say the selection of dresses is amazing!
Just wanted to say a hugh thank you to all the staff who helped my friend achieve her dream of two stunning outfits for her daughters weddings. After a poor start in another shop our special day of wedding shopping ended on a high thanks to the help, care, courtesy and attention to detail we received from Kerry and her colleagues. The selection and quality of outfits being offered was wonderful as was the much needed cup of tea. I would recommend the Queen Bee to anyone who is looking for the perfect outfit for a special occasion. I will definitely be back. Thank you again girls you are a credit to your trade.
Visited Queen Bee on Saturday with my mam who needed a mother of the bride outfit for my wedding in August.. We did not have an appointment booked but Kerri still made the time for mam to try on as many dresses as she liked.. Kerri was very knowledgeable and pointed mam in the right direction keeping in mind the colour scheme for my wedding.. All the girls working in the shop were very friendly! We visited a different shop a few weeks ago where we felt very pressured and pushed into purchasing a full outfit including shoes bag and fascinator and when mam wasn't 100% committed to the outfit the shop assistants attitude changed completely towards us.. Being in Queen Bee on Saturday highlighted even more the correct way you should be treated in a store like this which then resulted in mam saying yes to the dress also a nice wee touch giving a wee gift with your purchase friendly and genuine customer care goes a long way.. Thanks again for all your help Kerri xx
Very disappointed in the shop and particularly the staff. I had travelled quite a distance to visit this store only to be rudely spoken to by a member of staff. I was shopping for a dress for my son's wedding and I thought that should be a pleasant experience. I hope the shop assistant went home feeling good about how she did her job, because I went home feeling upset annoyed and disillusioned. No one should be made to feel like that. Shame on you.
A great shopping experience looking for a mother of the bride outfit. Thank you so much to Eileen and Kerry who between them helped me pick my dress and accessories. Kerry especially was so helpful when I rang for information on what was available. As I was travelling from kilkeel, she sent me some pictures of relevant dresses which made me decide to visit. I ended up with my dress, hat, shoes, bracelet and earring, great all in one shop. Even my husband was cared for coffee on the sofa offered. Good business women without being pushy.
