From the perspective of a gym goer the facilities are really poor, there is only one bench press and only two squat rack so if the gym is even marginally busy you find yourself waiting for equipment, the opening times on a weekend mean that for anyone who has to work weekends it is not an option to use the gym as it closes at 4pm and does not open earlier enough to go before work. For the cost of a monthly membership it is simply not worth it, they have a monopoly on gyms in my area and were there alternatives I would use them, There should be a cheaper options for those who wish to only lift weights and do not wish to use the pool or other facilities rather than pay £40 for poor equipment
Really fantastic gym pool and squash court. Staff are really helpful and enthusiastic
Website doesn't work, nobody answered the phone. Changing rooms and showers are GRIM
Joined as a member on a deal, getting 3 weeks free! Great sized pool and brilliant gym, I only go during the daytime and it's not really busy. For a local sports centre it's pretty good.
I took my two daughters swimming whilst down for the weekend, I was so pleased to see how clean and well kept the changing rooms and pool were. Also such a nice change to come in to somewhere and see bubbly smiling people behind the counter especially the one with pink hair.We will definitely return.
