absolutely useless, phoned about heavy 20 minute nose bleeds i’ve been having for 6 months explained i went to a and e the night before and they told me to come to the gp because i need to me referred to EMT the gp refused to see me. Great healthcare just leaving me suffer
Dr Wilkes and Partners have been a fantastic GP surgery. My daughter and I have always had such diligent care.
Ask my GP is a god sent... however yet again a script goes to the GP and it doesn't even get to the pharmacy the same week FFS!!!nIt's simply incompetence!!nIt's peoples life saving meds sometimes!!nObviously it's a re occurring problem.... something needs to change!
Very poor communication between surgery chemist and patients, I ordered a repeat prescription a week in advance and was told to collect in 3 days. On day of collection I was told that my medication needed reviewing and the next available appointment would be in 7 days time. I was not told when ordering my medication that it needed reviewing so I am currently out of it due to very poor communication.
We joined this Drs after moving tonB ferry from a surgery in Neath, I’ve been unlucky with my health this last year and so far I can say this is a very well run Drs, the staff at the desk are professional, the in house pharmacist, nurse and Drs all do a good job ppl I’ve dealt with so far. The pharmacy opposite is convenient too.n well done all involved.
