It’s been awhile since I last visited this store. I found out that they stocked a lot of dental products with different selection. I bought two tongue brushes and also a simple shower cream. They were lots of people in the store. They also have many staff at the tills. I’ll definitely revisit this shop when I’m at Chorlton again.
Shelves were nice and full especially with seasonal items. The staff were communicating with each other in a respectful manner. The tills were a little busy but on this occasion I didn't purchase anything but the members of staff were getting them through at a quick speed.
I just love quality save,great products, excellent staff,I have visited the stores at baguley and chorlton but my favourite is Hyde,the staff there go above and beyond,a lady I hear she is called gorkey she is the kindest person so helpful,and Anita well she is a fabulous member of the quality save team they real go above and beyond to help ,she has helped me all through the pandemic and deserves a medal,good job quality save Hyde
Good for shower gel, shampoo and general life stuff plus tat at a low price
I always go to Quality Save because of the low prices. However I had a unpleasent experience with a staff 2 weeks ago: I went there to return a milk that was bad. This staff at first said wouldnt return the money, then he said, that I opened the milk.. I respond, how would I know if I hadn't? He then called someone else, who was very kind and returned my money. While I was waiting them while they were checking my receipt, the forts staff asked that he wouldnt do it. The point is, good price, but some staff are really rude and desrepectfull. I regret not taking his name and talked to the maneger.
Liked it, very spacious, with I like. I've been to 3 Quality saves today, not one of them had the canned drinks I wanted, very disappointed. Dont know if anyone has heard of it MAC B, Strawberry & Kiwi, absolutely gorgeous taste & great if you're diabetic.
It's has indeed got quality items at great prices.

The manager here called kelly is so annoying, she shouts at customers for fun, Her customer service skills are out of the door really bad. She is rude with no manners at all. She barrs people from the store with no good valid reasons. I dont understand why shes a manager here. Shes all over the show like a clueless chicken. This store is not organised properly. The staff here are not trained very well in customer service either. The security guards just stand there and watch you for no apparently reason? The shelfs are dirty. The staffs are shouting to one another, One staff member smelt of alcohol, I dont understand why this store is still open? This store should be investigated appalling customer service, rude staff rude managers especially one main manager called kelly she treats customers very bad shouts at them make them feel like a criminal? There should be someone above kelly to train them properly. Ive been to other stores which are more organised and polite with good customer service well mannered managers.This chorlton store is like you stepping into hell.
